  1. Switch your phone on without a SIM card inserted
  2. Then type : *#0000*CODE#
  3. To finish type : *#0001*CODE#
CODE = the unlock code we sent to you

Model : 531 & 535
  1. Switch your phone on without a SIM card inserted
  2. Press and hold down on * while typing : 787292
  3. A new menu "Unlock Network" will appear, then select "YES"
  4. Enter the unlock code we sent to you
Model : All other Alcatel models
  1. Switch your phone on with a non accepted SIM card
  2. When the message "Enter Network Key" appears, enter the unlock code we sent to you
